- Neil was named CEO of Polyconcept in February 2019
- Previously served as President of North American Delivery with Staples, Inc.
- Spent 23 years in a variety of executive roles with Staples, Inc., with responsibility over salesforce, digitization, and M&A activity, as well as oversight for the Staples Promotional Products business

David Farr | Chief Financial Officer
- Dave Joined Polyconcept in 2006, serving in various financial roles, including CFO of PCNA (2012–March 2025), before becoming Group CFO in April 2025
- Previously held multiple CFO roles in the call center industry, most recently at TRG Customer Solutions
- Dave is a CPA and holds a BS in Accounting from Penn State University

Pieter Boonekamp | CEO, PF Concept
- Pieter joined PF Concept in March 2013 as Vice President Sales and was named CEO in January 2025
- Previously served in various roles in the Promotional Products industry across Europe, as Business Unit Manager in the Randstad Group and at KPMG Consulting in France
- Pieter received a Master's degree in Business Management and International Marketing and Sales at ESSCA (France)

Liz Haesler | Global Chief Merchandising Officer
- Liz leads product development, brand management, supply chain and pricing for PCNA, joining the company in 2019
- Previous experience includes executive leadership roles at DICK'S Sporting Goods, Staples, Best Buy and Target

Nicolas Villemonteix
Managing Director, Polyconcept Asia and President, Polyconcept Global Buying Services (GBS)
- Nicolas leads all buying operations of the Supplier Group from Shanghai after joining in 2011
- Previously worked for 14 years at Europe’s leading sporting goods retailer (€6bn sales, 50,000 staff) where he spent 12 years in China holding various senior management positions
- Nicolas holds two Master’s degrees in materials and ceramics

Marilyn Figlar | Chief Human Resources Officer
- Marilyn joined Polyconcept as Senior Vice President, Human Resources (HR) in January 2018
- Previously served as HR Vice President, Industrial & Infrastructure Business Segments and Talent Management at Kennametal and as an HR Vice President of a business unit and VP of Talent & Organizational Effectiveness at Lockheed Martin corporate headquarters in the Washington, D.C. area
- Received a B.S. in Psychology and Communications from the University of Pittsburgh, a M.A. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Radford University and a Ph.D. in Human Resources Development from Virginia Polytechnic Institute & State University
