At PCNA, the Impressions program recognizes and honors diversity, helping employees gain a deeper understanding of one another to create a workplace free of bias, stereotyping and discrimination.
Just as each individual has a unique thumbprint, so do that person’s individual characteristics and perspectives make a unique impression in the workplace. Collectively, all those unique impressions cultivate a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture where everyone’s unique “thumbprint” is valued and celebrated. The company’s DEI council is made up of a diverse group of employees that, with the support of executive sponsors, promotes an environment where everyone is engaged and empowered.
