Culture of Inclusion
Polyconcept celebrates the diversity of its employees. A diverse and inclusive workplace allows people to feel comfortable bringing their whole selves to work every day. Those unique experiences and perspectives are essential to facilitating a culture where everyone feels welcome and respected, which in turn empowers them to contribute to the larger team.
A culture that encourages listening, understanding and a sense of empathy makes Polyconcept stronger, because those very same ideals allow us to be better partners to our customers.

Listening. Understanding. Working Together.
At PCNA, the Impressions program recognizes and honors diversity, helping employees gain a deeper understanding of one another to create a workplace free of bias, stereotyping and discrimination.
Just as each individual has a unique thumbprint, so do that person’s individual characteristics and perspectives make a unique impression in the workplace. Collectively, all those unique impressions cultivate a diverse, equitable and inclusive culture where everyone’s unique “thumbprint” is valued and celebrated. The company’s DEI council is made up of a diverse group of employees that, with the support of executive sponsors, promotes an environment where everyone is engaged and empowered.
