Merchandising: over 200 staff managing a base of 1,000+ vendors, coordinating purchasing activities with the various business divisions.
Quality Assurance: Factory evaluation and selection in compliance with Polyconcept quality requirements, as well as social and environmental standards; this includes product compliance to applicable safety and environmental laws and regulations in the countries of final destination for the merchandise.
Quality Control: Factory production control performed by a team of close to 100 QC inspectors, mapping all sourcing areas (mainly China and Bangladesh).
Logistics: Management of outbound shipping activities (Polyconcept ships thousands of containers each year from Asia).
