Values
Polyconcept operates in 20 countries on 4 continents. It serves very different end-customers (SMEs and multinational corporations) and it is involved in the entire service chain (from conception and design to final delivery). To create a company-wide culture and principles everyone can adhere to and apply, Polyconcept has conceived a set of basic values, which are intended as everyday guides to action.

These values are expressed under four major headings: Customer Focus, Performance, Creativity and Entrepreneurship.

The first two categories, Customer Focus and Performance, refer to the rational side of our business (the left side of the human brain) and key words include Service, Commitment, Expertise, Dependability and Excellence.

The two other categories, Creativity and Entrepreneurship, refer to the more emotional or attitudinal side of our activities (the right side of the human brain) and key words include Original, Fun, Daring and Innovative.

These values are designed to inspire our staff, so that everything they do is both efficient and creative and to remind people that, when all is said and done, our business is about providing great products and services to our customers that trigger positive emotions among end-users.
