Philippe Varnier, 52, Chairman & C.E.O
Philippe joined Cartier International in 1974 where he spent 4 years starting in the export department, then becoming Product Manager in 1976 and Marketing Manager of Silver Match (a sister company) in 1977. Philippe joined Polyconcept (Polyflame at that time) in 1978 as a Sales manager of the newly established French subsidiary. He became Vice-President of the Polyflame Group in 1982 and C.E.O. in 1993. He has since then led the development of the company (renamed Polyconcept in 1995) and its transformation from a small, retail-oriented cigarette lighters and gift products importer to the world’s leading promotional products supplier. |

Michael Bernstein, 41, Vice-Chairman, Polyconcept; CEO, Polyconcept North America
Michael has worked for the Company since 1992 when he started in the product development division, working his way up to Chief Executive Officer of Global Promo Group in 2003. Michael has directly managed many parts of the Leed’s business with primary emphasis on Strategy development, New Product Development and Marketing. Following the acquisition of Global Promo Group by Polyconcept in 2005, Michael assumed the role of Vice-Chairman of Polyconcept. Michael received a B.A. in Philosophy from the University of Wisconsin and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh. |

Yann Leca, 41, Chief Financial Officer
Yann joined in 1996 from the Bolloré Group, where he spent 4 years as internal auditor, then division controller. Prior to that, he served several years at Arthur Andersen where he was in charge of audit and transaction engagements for multinational firms. He graduated from HEC School of Management in 1988 and followed by an 18-month national service as a credit officer at BNP Paribas in Dubaï. Yann became CFO in 1998 and as such has participated to all the development stages of Polyconcept since then. |

Jacobus (Koos) Blijdorp, 49, C.E.O., Polyconcept Far East
Koos started his professional career with the Internal Audit Department of Nedlloyd. In 1986 he joined Royal Borsumij Wehry, at that time the parent company of Polyconcept, where he held various positions in the corporate finance unit. Before being transferred to Polyconcept, he spent 1 ½ year as an interim financial controller with one of Borsumij’s subsidiaries in the USA (Houston, Texas). Koos joined Polyconcept in 1991 as a Financial Controller. He was based in The Netherlands until 1994 then in Paris until 1997. In 1997 he moved to Hong-Kong, where he became responsible for the Polyconcept activities in the Asia-Pacific region, a position which he still holds. |

Jim Epstein, 57, Chief Development Officer
Jim joined Leed’s as a Consultant in 2003, was made Chief Development Officer in 2004, and became Chief Development Officer of Polyconcept in 2005 following the merger with Global Promo Group. Diverse prior experience in various marketing communication and entertainment industries includes serving for 6 years as COO and then President of call center service bureau, Reese Brothers, Inc./Communications & Commerce, LLC, CEO for 9 years of radio station group, Radio Management Associates, Inc. and in a number of management positions at the entertainment conglomerate Spectacor (now Comcast-Spectacor). He received a B.S. in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and a M.B.A. from Harvard Business School. |

Rutger de Planque, 49, C.E.O., PF Concept International B.V.
Rutger joined Polyconcept as Managing Director of PF Concept Internatonal-The Netherlands in 1990 from the Netherlands Council for Trade Promotion, where he spent several years as Project manager focusing on the Middle East & Asia. He studied law at Leiden University and followed the International Executive Program at INSEAD. Rutger has transformed PF Concept International from a locally focused company into a truly pan-European business, built upon a strong central platform, and developed its business into a customer focused, service driven, price competitive, and dynamic company. He led the development of PF Concept International to become the No 1 promotional products supplier in Europe. |

David Nicholson, 38, President, Leed's
David joined Leed’s in 1993 as the manager of the Company’s overseas operations, including purchasing, logistics and product development. During his seven years, he has occupied increasingly broader operational roles serving as Chief Operations Officer from 2000 through 2002. In July of 2003, David assumed the role of President with responsibility for all aspects of the Company’s sales and operating departments. David received a B.A. in International Economics from Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut. |

 Ian Creasey, 48, CEO, ADM Promotions
Ian joined Polyconcept in 2007, bringing 25 years experience of the global advertising industry. Ian held various management positions in leading agencies, starting his career at Grey. Within Lintas, he served as Managing Director in Thailand before leading business development across the EMEA region. From 1999 to 2006, Ian held senior executive positions within Lowe (Interpublic), successively as President, Lowe Asia Pacific, President, Lowe/Draft EMEA and Global President, Lowe Activation. Ian received a B.Sc. from the University of Wales and is an Alumni of Harvard Business School having completed the Advanced Management Program .
